Brazilian musician prepares tour in Portugal to present his new album “Concerto 1”. An innovative live experience, with an orchestra projected on a screen, which can be experienced as a concert, theater or cinema.
In 2025, Cícero embarks on the “Concerto 1” tour, a show that is both intimate and expansive, in which an orchestra projected on a screen performs classical arrangements of his greatest hits, accompanying the artist in his most essential form: voice and guitar.
This unprecedented orchestral show brings together all the hits from his repertoire, bringing to the stage the album of the same name that has just been made available on all digital music platforms. In this new recording, the singer-songwriter presents 10 orchestral versions of his greatest hits, including “Tempo de Pipa”, “Capim-limão” and “Por Botafogo”.
With arrangements by Felipe Pacheco, who has worked with artists such as Gal Costa, Cícero’s songs take on a classical music dimension: a string quartet and a wind quintet perform the themes taken from his previous albums, almost always with a low-fi aesthetic. With this, Casiotone melodies transform into flutes, basses into clarinets and guitars into trumpets, taking Cícero’s universe to different centuries of music.
