17 Mar Cara de Espelho nominated for Best Band at the Futura Awards
Voting for this first edition of the awards given by Rádio Futura is already underway. The winners will be announced at the gala to be held on March 31st at Culturgest.
After the year of revelation of their self-titled debut album, which solidified Cara de Espelho’s status as one of the most important groups in Portuguese music, the band enters 2025 with renewed vigor.
After being nominated twice for Best Live Act at the recent Iberian Festival Awards, the Portuguese popular music collective sees its name among the ten nominees for the Futura Awards, in the Best Band category. Voting is already underway at www.radiofutura.pt.
The public vote will be added to the deliberations of the jury composed of Alexandre Pires (Altamont), Bernardo Crastes (Comunidade Cultura e Arte), Duarte Pinto Coelho (Futura), Henrique Amaro (Antena 3), Inês Meneses (Futura/Antena 1/Autora), Joaquim Durães (Lovers and Lollypops), Lia Pereira (Blitz/Expresso), Luís Salgado (Maus Hábitos), Paola Wescher (Last Tour), Pedro Ramos (Futura), Selma Uamusse (música), Sérgio Alves (Bons Sons) and Sérgio Hydalgo (Programador).
