12 Jan Montepio Às Vezes o Amor Festival strengthens its 2026 lineup
Aurea, Carolina Deslandes, João Pedro Pais, Rui Massena and José Pinhal Post-Mortem Experience join the 12th edition of the event.
The Montepio Às Vezes o Amor Festival continues to unveil the lineup for its 2026 edition, taking place from 13 to 15 February, with the confirmation of new shows joining the concerts already announced.
Among the first confirmed names are the special concerts by Sérgio Godinho, who presents As Canções de Amor de Sérgio Godinho – Biografias do Amor in Lisbon (Sagres Campo Pequeno, 13 February) and Porto (Coliseu Porto Ageas, 15 February). Shows by Marisa Liz, Carolina de Deus, Fernando Daniel and Delfins were also announced.
With the new confirmations now revealed, the Montepio Às Vezes o Amor Festival already features ten artists and eleven announced concerts, reinforcing the consistency and breadth of the programme for its 12th edition.
On 13 February, Aurea performs at the Peso da Régua Municipal Auditorium, in a concert that travels through a repertoire widely recognised by audiences and marked by a strong emotional connection.
On Valentine’s Day, 14 February, the festival presents four new concerts in different cities.
In Aveiro, the Teatro Aveirense hosts José Pinhal Post-Mortem Experience, in a concert dedicated to revisiting the repertoire of José Pinhal, a landmark figure in Portuguese popular music.
In Paredes, at the Cultural Centre, Carolina Deslandes appears in a voice-and-guitar format, accompanied by Feodor Bivol.
In Penafiel, at Ponto C, Rui Massena takes to the stage with a piano-centred concert, characterised by attentive listening and the creation of musical atmospheres.
In Vale de Cambra, at the Arts Centre, João Pedro Pais presents a show spanning more than 25 years of career, bringing together songs that cross several generations.
With this new wave of announcements, the Montepio Às Vezes o Amor Festival continues to shape the programme for its 2026 edition, leaving open the announcement of further shows in the coming weeks.

The Montepio Às Vezes o Amor Festival was created with the aim of celebrating love in all its forms, through concerts held simultaneously across the country, within a diverse and high-quality programme. Over 11 years, the festival has established itself as a cultural reference, promoting unique encounters between artists and different audiences.
This edition reaffirms its relevance within the Portuguese music scene, presenting a varied programme that honours love and music while strengthening its commitment to cultural decentralisation.
The Montepio Às Vezes o Amor Festival is an initiative created by the agencies Produtores Associados and Locomotiva Azul, and since its first edition has been supported by Montepio Associação Mutualista as naming sponsor.
